We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts to move, load, unload, and stack materials and products within the warehouse. This role is crucial to our efficient operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods throughout our facility. You will be responsible for inspecting equipment before and after use, performing routine maintenance, and adhering to all safety regulations. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety are paramount. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to overall warehouse productivity and accuracy. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials and products from trucks and trailers.
- Stack and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Perform pre-operation inspections and basic maintenance on forklifts.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator with valid certification.
- Ability to operate various types of forklifts.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs) consistently.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
