Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse stock using pick lists or electronic devices.
- Verify product codes, descriptions, and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Report any stock discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to a supervisor.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including packing and staging.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to Safety .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for the entire shift.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is beneficial but not required.
- Must be reliable and able to work assigned shifts.
