We are hiring an Order Picker for our busy facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Order Picker, you will play a key role in ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include navigating the warehouse, locating specific items based on order tickets or scanner data, and transporting them to the packing station. This position requires speed, accuracy, and a strong attention to detail to support our overall logistics operations. We pride ourselves on a productive and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated locations according to order sheets.
- Utilize handheld scanners to track inventory movement.
- Transport picked items to the staging or packing area.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Participate in inventory control activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to safety standards and use of required PPE.
