Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Warehouse Coordinator to manage our operations in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a keen understanding of warehouse logistics, and the ability to oversee daily activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy. You will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, managing inventory, and ensuring that all warehouse operations adhere to safety standards. This is a crucial position for maintaining the smooth flow of our supply chain. We are committed to providing a safe environment and expect adherence to all Safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE. This role offers a significant opportunity for growth and leadership.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
  • Ensure accuracy of inventory records and investigate discrepancies.
  • Implement and enforce warehouse safety procedures and protocols.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff on best practices and procedures.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as needed and ensure its maintenance.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency in logistics.
  • Maintain communication with other departments and external partners.
  • Perform tasks involving significant Lifting, often exceeding 50 lbs, as required.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations and coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse logistics, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in WMS and other relevant software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Commitment to Safety and a strong understanding of PPE requirements.
  • Physical ability to handle tasks involving Lifting and operating equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
