Join our expanding warehouse team in Nashville, Tennessee, as a Warehouse Worker! This position is essential for maintaining the smooth flow of goods and ensuring efficient operations. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, storing, picking, and preparing products for shipment, contributing significantly to our company's logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Stock merchandise in designated areas, maintaining organization and order.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and care.
- Load and unload goods from vehicles, using appropriate equipment.
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and free from hazards.
- Participate in inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock levels.
- Follow all established company safety protocols and procedures.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE to ensure personal and colleague safety .
- Assist in other warehouse functions as needed to meet operational demands.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform significant lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and the principles of logistics .
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
- Adherence to all workplace safety regulations and the correct use of PPE .
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
