We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our vibrant team in Charlotte, North Carolina! This role is fundamental to our warehouse operations, involving the handling, storing, and shipping of various products. You will be an integral part of our logistics chain, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store incoming inventory with accuracy.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Stage orders for shipment and load onto delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all areas are hazard-free.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment and tools as needed.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliation.
- Comply with all company safety regulations and operational guidelines.
- Use appropriate PPE at all times, understanding its importance for personal and collective safety .
- Contribute to team efforts and assist colleagues as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or physically demanding role is advantageous.
- Ability to handle consistent lifting (up to 50 lbs) and prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic logistics concepts is helpful.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as business needs dictate.
- Unwavering commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE .
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
