Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory.
- Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies.
- Sort and stock inventory accurately in designated locations.
- Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and checks.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and efficiency.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Proficiency in basic math and reading skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety vests and steel-toed boots.
- Understanding of logistics and warehouse operations is beneficial.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety.
