We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve materials throughout our warehouse. Your attention to detail and commitment to following procedures will ensure the smooth flow of goods and maintain the integrity of our inventory. This position is essential for our daily operations and contributes directly to the effectiveness of our logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and stack products.
- Conduct pre-operation checks on forklifts to ensure they are in good working order.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and clean warehouse environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
- Support picking and packing operations as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments with precision.
- Must be capable of moderate to heavy Lifting.
- Wear all mandated PPE to ensure personal Safety.
- Support the overall Logistics flow of the facility.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating forklifts is required.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Reliable attendance and work ethic.
