Join our dynamic warehouse team in Jacksonville, Florida as a Warehouse Worker! We are looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and eager to contribute to our Logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks such as receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. A strong commitment to workplace Safety and maintaining an organized environment is essential. We offer competitive wages and a supportive team atmosphere. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the warehousing and distribution industry. Proper utilization of PPE is required for all employees working in operational areas. You will receive training on safe Lifting techniques. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and correctly.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring all items are properly labeled and secured.
- Operate manual material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work environment according to company standards.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy checks.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Wear required PPE as instructed.
Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 40 lbs. Previous warehouse or Logistics experience is a plus. Knowledge of general warehouse procedures. Commitment to Safety and following instructions carefully. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Must be able to stand, walk, and move for the duration of the shift. Good work ethic and punctuality are essential.
