Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Sort, categorize, and store inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Strictly adhere to all **Safety** regulations and company policies.
- Utilize provided **PPE** correctly and consistently.
- Follow proper **Lifting** techniques and material handling procedures.
- Load finished goods onto trucks for shipment.
- Assist with inventory control measures and cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or **Logistics** role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and inventory labels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse **Safety** protocols.
- Willingness to wear necessary **PPE**.
- Physical capability to perform tasks including frequent **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
