Project Manager Window and Door Installation

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Project Manager to oversee our residential window and door replacement projects from post-sale through final inspection. You will be the primary point of contact for homeowners, managing installation crews and ensuring every project is completed on time, within budget, and to our high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Site Prep: Conduct final onsite measurements for custom window and door orders to the nearest 1/16”. Identify site-specific challenges like rot, structural issues, or lead-paint concerns.
• Crew & Schedule Management: Coordinate daily schedules for in-house installers and subcontractors. Assign crews based on job complexity and verify site readiness before they arrive.
• Quality Assurance: Perform job-site inspections during and after installation. Complete "Zero-Defect" checklists and demonstrate product operation to homeowners.
• Logistics & Materials: Review all product orders for accuracy before delivery. Source and stage secondary materials (trim, caulk, flashing) to ensure zero downtime for crews.
• Customer Communication: Serve as the face of the company on-site, providing weekly updates, resolving complaints, and securing final sign-offs and payments.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5+ years in construction project management, specifically in window/door replacement or exterior remodeling.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, understanding building codes, and using internal CRM, and Company Cam.
• Certifications: Valid driver’s license with a clean record is required. OSHA 10/30 or EPA Lead-Safe RRP certification is a plus.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50–100 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varied weather conditions.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Competitive base salary (typically $70,000 – $90,000 depending on experience).
