To strengthen our team in Winnenden (Stuttgart Area) as soon as possible, we are looking for a

Service Project Manager (m/f/d) EMEA Key responsibilities:
  • Lead and support after-sales projects across the company’s product portfolio, covering new service launches, new product ranges and process optimization initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of service processes, documentation and systems.
  • Collaborate closely with service partners, sales representatives and end customers to continuously enhance and optimize the after-sales service offering.
  • Work in close coordination with the local service manager to ensure effective support during the launch of new service initiatives, including planning and execution of all relevant activities.
  • Monitor and validate all prerequisites and essential steps required for the successful rollout of each program, ensuring readiness prior to go-live.
  • Oversee program timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved and deadlines are met.
  • Participate actively in all testing procedures to ensure thorough and effective validation processes.
