Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

Salary: £29,348.80 - £30,368 Per Annum + £1,000 Welcome Bonus!

Hours: 40 hours a week

This role offers 40 hours per week with various shift patterns between our operating hours of 7:30am - 6:30pm. Please note, we operate all year round—this is not a term-time only position.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Assist management in providing the highest standard of compliance, care, and education for children.
• Work closely with the Room Leader and other staff to ensure a smooth daily routine.
• Contribute ideas to planning, ensuring children receive high-quality learning and development.
• Liaise with nursery staff regarding children’s specific needs and requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment.
• Adhere to all nursery policies and procedures.
• Meet health and safety and environmental health requirements.
• Promote and ensure safeguarding standards for all children and adults in the setting.

• Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification: Essential
• Over 1 year’s experience working in Early Years: Essential
• Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations: Desirable
• Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS: Essential
• Fluent in written and spoken English: Essential
