About

Development: Build and maintain high-performance web apps using React and Next.js.

Design & UX: Convert wireframes into responsive code while advocating for accessibility (WCAG).

Optimization: Improve speed, scalability, and SEO via SSR/SSG techniques.

Integration: Connect front-end apps to headless CMS platforms and various APIs.

Collaboration: Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, grooming) and work with QA and Design teams to ensure quality.

Strategy: Identify technical risks and dependencies to support the Programme Manager.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience: 5+ years in large-scale, production-grade front-end development.

Styling & State: Proficiency in modern CSS (Tailwind/Styled Components) and state management (Redux/Zustand).

Workflow: Strong background in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira or Azure DevOps. xcfaprz

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to align technical solutions with business value.
