Position: Level 2/3 Practitioner + Recognition Bonus (Pro Rata)

Hours: Permanent | 40 hours per week | Monday – Friday | Hourly Rate: Up to £13.80 p/h

Small People Nursery embraces a Forest School approach, providing an exciting open-air learning environment where children can explore, be physically active, and engage in rich, varied experiences. What We Need From You:

• A passion and commitment to working in childcare
• Ability to work shifts between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• Commitment to continual professional development
• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Relevant qualifications: NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, NVQ Level 3, EY Educator
