Utilizing RF scanning technology, you'll navigate our extensive inventory, ensuring that the correct items are picked and staged for packing and shipment. This position requires significant physical activity, including walking, standing, and **lifting** of items that can weigh up to 50 lbs. Your attention to detail is paramount to guarantee order accuracy and minimize errors. We prioritize a **safe** working environment for all our team members. All employees are required to wear designated **PPE**, including safety vests and steel-toed boots. A solid understanding of warehouse **logistics** and inventory management principles is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Pick products accurately according to customer orders.
- Operate RF scanners for inventory tracking and order picking.
- Stage picked items for the packing station.

- Follow all **safety** protocols and wear required **PPE**.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous order picking experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform **lifting** of up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic warehouse setting.
