- Retrieve items from warehouse shelves according to pick lists or handheld scanners.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Package products carefully and efficiently, ensuring they are protected for shipping.
- Apply shipping labels and documentation accurately.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow all company safety guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through careful picking and reporting discrepancies.
- Achieve performance targets for picking and packing speed and accuracy.
