About
Join our expanding team as a Warehouse Associate in Minneapolis, Minnesota! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. This role is fundamental to our logistics chain, involving a variety of tasks from receiving and storing goods to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will work in a dynamic environment where efficiency and Safety are top priorities. Responsibilities include operating RF scanners to track inventory, locating and retrieving products from shelves, and ensuring order accuracy. You will also be involved in stocking new inventory, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting with general warehouse upkeep. The ability to perform consistent Lifting of up to 50 pounds is required, along with the safe operation of hand trucks and pallet jacks. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Operate RF scanners for inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with stocking shelves and managing inventory levels.
- Perform regular Lifting and moving of merchandise.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical ability to perform frequent Lifting and standing for long periods.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
- Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in logistics or a related field is beneficial.
