Job Summary:
Join our Fort Worth, Texas logistics team as a Forklift Operator! We are seeking experienced and safety-conscious individuals to manage the movement of materials within our warehouse. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to load, unload, transport, and stack materials. Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a forklift to move pallets, materials, and products within the warehouse.
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently and accurately.
  • Transport inventory to and from designated storage areas.
  • Perform daily pre-operation inspections of the forklift and report any issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring clear pathways.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock records.
  • Follow all logistics procedures for material handling and storage.
  • Collaborate with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Report any accidents, injuries, or safety hazards to management immediately.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment.
  • Valid forklift operator certification.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and best practices.
  • Ability to perform lifting tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic logistics setting.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
