Job Summary:
Join our vibrant Logistics team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as a Picker/Packer! In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for accurately picking products for customer orders and carefully packaging them for shipment. Efficiency, accuracy, and a commitment to Safety are paramount. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, contributing to the smooth flow of goods from our facility to our customers. This position involves regular physical activity, including considerable Lifting and movement. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
  • Verify order accuracy and product quality.
  • Use scanning equipment to track inventory movements.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking of new inventory.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
  • Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and procedures.
  • Report any inventory discrepancies or damages to supervisors.
  • Support overall Logistics and warehouse operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a picking or packing role is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic reading and math skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and the importance of PPE.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with Logistics concepts is a plus.
