This position involves regular physical activity, including considerable Lifting and movement. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verify order accuracy and product quality.
- Use scanning equipment to track inventory movements.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of new inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and procedures.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damages to supervisors.
- Support overall Logistics and warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a picking or packing role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with Logistics concepts is a plus.
