Miami, Florida is calling! We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our fast-paced Logistics warehouse. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your efficiency and accuracy are critical to ensuring timely shipments and customer satisfaction. This role requires the ability to work diligently in a dynamic environment, adhering strictly to all Safety regulations. You will be involved in various warehouse tasks, including stocking, organizing, and preparing items for shipment. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders based on pick lists or scanner.
- Locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves.
- Pack items carefully for shipment.
- Verify order accuracy before dispatch.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to supervisors.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and the use of PPE.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
- Good communication skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse environments and Logistics.
