Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly and accurately.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement in logistics and operations.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory to maintain its condition.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Generate reports on inventory accuracy, turns, and other key metrics.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in inventory control or a similar warehouse role.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and WMS.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data entry and analysis.
  • Ability to perform light to moderate lifting, up to 30 lbs.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
