We are looking for diligent and efficient Picker/Packers to join our St. Louis, Missouri warehouse team. In this role, you will be instrumental in fulfilling customer orders by accurately picking items from inventory and preparing them for shipment. Your attention to detail and speed will directly impact customer satisfaction and the efficiency of our logistics operations. You will work within a fast-paced environment, contributing to the smooth flow of goods through our distribution center. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Inspect picked items for damages or discrepancies.
- Label packages accurately for shipping.
- Stage packed orders for outbound shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Contribute to overall team goals and operational efficiency in our logistics facility.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehousing preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 30 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
