We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Coordinator to manage operations in our Provo, Utah facility. This key role ensures the seamless flow of goods, optimizes warehouse efficiency, and maintains accurate inventory control within our logistics network. The Warehouse Coordinator will oversee daily warehouse activities, including supervising staff, managing inventory levels, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of warehouse management systems, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We are committed to providing a safe working environment, mandating the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and strict adherence to all safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a demanding logistics setting. Prior experience with inventory management software and material handling equipment operation is essential. Your role will be critical in enhancing operational productivity and reducing costs. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities and staff.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accuracy.
- Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to optimize delivery schedules.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and ensure proper use of PPE.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and security.
- Operate and manage material handling equipment.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices and safety protocols.
- Generate reports on inventory, shipping, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Proven leadership and staff supervision skills.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in operating material handling equipment.
- Ability to perform moderate lifting as required.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse environments.
