Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders using advanced scanning technology.
- Verify order details against products to ensure accuracy.
- Assemble, label, and prepare packages for shipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through careful handling and scanning.
- Ensure workstations are clean, organized, and safe.
- Comply with all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working with technology, including RF scanners.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
