Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack orders using advanced scanning technology.
  • Verify order details against products to ensure accuracy.
  • Assemble, label, and prepare packages for shipment.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through careful handling and scanning.
  • Ensure workstations are clean, organized, and safe.
  • Comply with all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working with technology, including RF scanners.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
