We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and maintain product placement.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (training available).
- Follow all **safety** rules and procedures.
- Wear and maintain **PPE** appropriately.
- Perform regular inventory counts.
- Assist with **lifting** and moving of products, up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of **logistics** operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, and **lifting** for extended periods.
- Understanding of basic warehouse **safety** protocols.
- Willingness to adhere to **PPE** requirements.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
