Job Summary:
Our Boston, Massachusetts facility is looking for enthusiastic and dependable Warehouse Associates to join our growing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our distribution center running smoothly and efficiently. You will handle incoming and outgoing shipments, manage inventory, and ensure the overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
  • Pick and fulfill orders for customers.
  • Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
  • Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
  • Operate powered equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely, following all training guidelines.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area, adhering to all OSHA and company safety standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily targets.
  • Wear appropriate PPE at all times to ensure personal safety.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is beneficial.
  • Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 60 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding role that requires standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and the importance of using PPE.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
