About
We are seeking an organized and meticulous Inventory Clerk for our facility in Orlando, Florida. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role is critical for ensuring the availability of products, minimizing stockouts, and optimizing inventory levels. You will conduct regular cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and assist in maintaining the overall organization of our warehouse. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be vital in supporting our logistics operations. This position requires a proactive approach to inventory management.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
- Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming stock.
- Monitor stock levels and report any issues.
- Organize warehouse storage areas for efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Safety policies and proper use of PPE.
- Generate inventory reports as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in inventory control or a related field.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including occasional Lifting.
- Understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of Safety procedures.
