About
We are seeking a certified and experienced Forklift Operator to join our busy warehouse in Boise, Idaho. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. You will ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout the warehouse, supporting both receiving and shipping operations. This position requires a strong understanding of forklift safety procedures, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will be responsible for pre-operational checks of your equipment and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Safety is our highest priority, and all operators must strictly adhere to all company safety policies and wear appropriate PPE, including safety glasses and steel-toed boots. This role involves frequent lifting of items, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, though primarily utilizing the forklift. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.

- Assist with receiving and shipping operations as needed.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.

Qualifications:
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and protocols.
- Familiarity with logistics operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and situational awareness.
