Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking merchandise, picking and packing orders, and assisting with shipments. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming goods, verifying quantities and condition.
- Stock shelves, racks, and bins with inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using order sheets or scanners.
- Prepare orders for shipment, applying labels and ensuring proper packaging.
- Assist with loading outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment like hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Participate in inventory counts and help maintain stock accuracy.
- Follow all company policies, including those regarding Safety and the use of PPE.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 35 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to adhere to all Safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
