Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Inspect picked items for damage and ensure they match order details.
- Pack orders carefully and securely, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Verify the accuracy of packed orders before they are shipped.
- Label packages correctly for outgoing shipments.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area, adhering to all Safety standards.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory records through diligent scanning.
- Use all required PPE to ensure personal Safety.
- Support the logistics team in meeting daily order fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in picking and packing or a similar warehouse role is a plus. Ability to read and interpret pick tickets and order information. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift throughout the shift. Must be capable of regular Lifting up to 40 lbs. Understanding of warehouse Safety practices. Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment. Must wear appropriate PPE. Good communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with warehouse logistics is beneficial. This position requires a strong work ethic and a commitment to accuracy and Safety. Your role is crucial to delivering on our customer promise through efficient and correct order fulfillment within our logistics network.
