- Verifying the contents of incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Organizing and placing received goods into their correct warehouse storage areas.
- Accurately picking items from storage shelves to fulfill customer orders.
- Packing orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Using RF scanners and warehouse software to manage inventory movements.
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
- Following all safety guidelines, including wearing required PPE at all times.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Conducting routine checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and reporting any issues.
- Supporting inventory management through participation in cycle counts and audits.
This role requires the ability to perform physical labor, including consistent lifting of up to 50 pounds. A strong sense of responsibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. Previous experience in warehouse work or logistics is beneficial, but not required as comprehensive training will be provided.
