- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming goods.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support the efficient logistics of the warehouse operations.
- Be able to perform tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
