Job Summary:
Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Dallas, Texas, and contribute to the smooth operation of our distribution center. This dynamic role involves a range of warehouse duties, including receiving and inspecting goods, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, energetic, and possess a strong work ethic. You will be an integral part of our logistics operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. This position requires the ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing demands. A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace, along with adherence to all Safety regulations, is essential. The proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. Regular physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, is required for this position. This is a great entry point into the warehousing and logistics industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Sort and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick items to fulfill customer orders.
  • Pack orders securely for safe transit.
  • Prepare shipments for loading and dispatch.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts.
  • Follow all company policies and Safety procedures.
  • Wear and use required PPE correctly.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform manual labor for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Teamwork and communication skills.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
