You will be responsible for managing inventory within your assigned pick zones, ensuring stock levels are maintained and accurate. Key responsibilities include using RF scanners to locate and retrieve items, carefully packaging products to prevent damage during transit, and ensuring all shipments are correctly labeled and dispatched. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity.
- Label packages correctly for shipping and track outgoing orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or inventory discrepancies.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or a similar logistics role is a plus.
- Familiarity with RF scanning technology.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of workplace Safety practices.
