We are hiring a reliable Forklift Operator for our Minneapolis, Minnesota warehouse. In this essential role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to move, store, and retrieve materials. Your duties will include loading and unloading trucks, relocating inventory, and assisting with order fulfillment. A strong commitment to Safety and accuracy is paramount to success in this position. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts to transport materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload goods from trucks and trailers.
- Organize and stack inventory according to established procedures.
- Conduct daily inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and company policies diligently.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Perform tasks involving physical Lifting of materials.
- Wear required PPE consistently for Safety.
- Support the overall effectiveness of our Logistics processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Forklift Operator is required.
- Certification or demonstrated proficiency in forklift operation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety protocols.
- Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
