Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stack, and retrieve materials.
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
- Transport goods between different warehouse zones.
- Conduct daily pre-operation checks on forklifts and report any issues.
- Assist with inventory counts and put-away processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Strictly follow all company Safety regulations and procedures.
- Wear all required PPE diligently.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of warehouse logistics .
- Engage in occasional heavy Lifting as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Valid forklift certification.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Strong knowledge of forklift operation and general Safety best practices.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform Lifting duties up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to wearing the necessary PPE .
