The role involves support with day to day building maintenance.
There is no gas certification required due to the buildings controlled energy systems.
This is an on-site, permanent position with on-site parking available.
Included are 25 days holidays, pension, overtime and paid call out.
Key Requirements: Fully qualified Plumber (National Craft Certificate or equivalent) A least 3 years + experience in building maintenance, facilities, or commercial environments Strong fault-finding and problem solving skills Experience with commercial water systems, pumps, valves, and mechanical plant Planned & reactive plumbing maintenance Repairs to pipework, drainage, sanitary ware, pumps & valves Safe Pass and Manual Handling Good communication, reliable, proactive xcfaprz approach The position is Monday Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm.
The role includes participation in an on call rota every 3rd weekend.
