Our client is a well respected contractor with excellent reputation as both an employer and quality driven contractor with extensive repeat business in the Pharma construction sector.
These are permanent, long term roles in the region.
Skills and Requirements Relevant third level qualification in Mechanical / Building Services, with minimum 3 years' experience post qualification in a contracting environment essential Knowledge and understanding required of HVAC Systems in a Pharma construction setting.
Knowledge and understanding required of Piping Systems & P&IDs Familiar with use of project planning tools and inputting progress back into project master plan Familiar with use of BIM and operating Navisworks Models or similar Experience of typical project engineering functions, such as preparing technical submittals, RFIs, etc Work closely with the site Construction Teams throughout the installation process, preparing installation works packs, etc.
Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi-functional team Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under xcfaprz strict deadlines essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary This is an excellent opportunity to join a company with ambitions to grow further, and consolidating their position as a leader in Mechanical services installations in the Pharma sector.
