This contract role will focus on designing and implementing scalable customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud, enabling unified customer profiles, advanced segmentation and real-time insights across the business..
Key Contributions Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce Data Cloud implementations, ensuring scalable and secure data models Design data ingestion pipelines, identity resolution strategies, and unified customer data models.
Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing) and external systems.
Define data governance, data quality, and security frameworks for customer data platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership and best practice guidance across Data Cloud architecture and implementation.
Support data activation use cases, segmentation strategies, and real-time personalisation initiatives.
Required Background Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with strong exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly CDP).
Hands-on experience designing customer data platforms, data models, and identity resolution frameworks.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem integrations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
Experience with data integration tools, APIs, ETL pipelines, and cloud data platforms.
Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR). xcfaprz
