Job title:Building Services Coordinator Location: Dublin (Covering Leinster) Contract: Full-time, permanent Package: €Excellent DOE + vehicle/allowance + expenses & benefits The Role We are seeking a Building Services Coordinator to work as part of the Building Services Team for a leading Irish Contractor.
All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.
You will be become an integral player in the development of key commercial projects across Leinster.
Key Responsibilities Ensure full compliance with the companys Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001).
Lead and coordinate all M&E services to achieve programme milestones and timely project or phased handover.
Review and coordination of M&E design and construction drawings Identification and resolution of design discrepancies Preparation of outline services programmes Development and review of method statements and technical submissions Chairing coordination meetings and issuing minutes Monitoring progress, approvals, shop drawings and material submissions Ensuring timely production and agreement of Builders Work drawings Reviewing installation quality and progress reports About You Relevant qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services (or relevant trade background with further education).
5+ years experience in a services coordination role.
Must be experienced in system start-up and commissioning across a broad range of M&E services (fire, life safety, HVAC, power, controls, water, sprinklers, etc.).
Must be proficient with computer skills, Microsoft office suite, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks.
Must be an excellent communicator with strong coordination and problem-solving skills. xcfaprz
