Uniform Gear is looking for an enthusiastic retail Client Manager! Our Client Manager works closely with our clients in the public service industry. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. This role focuses on building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a professional experience and helping them in our showroom. This role follows orders from the initial fitting through order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is service-driven, detail-oriented, excellent with phone/email communication, and familiar with customization (silk-screen, embroidery etc.)
This location only has 2-3 other employees, besides the Client Manager. Come join our team!

Client Manager Responsibilities:
Open and close our showroom
Guide other employees with direction from the Operations Director
Operate our pos system
Drive customer service excellence to every aspect of the store, including store appearance, display of merchandise, product placement, showroom layout, and selling procedures
Must be excellent at creating emails and phone communication through verbal and written communication
Handle cash/cred card sales
Supports an environment of teamwork and trust
Manages retail staff and retail inventory
Manages commercial accounts in-house, including fittings/data entry - must be excellent at communicating via email and telephone
Communicates with departments on completed and back-ordered items
Helps customers in the showroom who are purchasing items
Oversee retail staff’s daily activities
Fix minor computer/printer issues
Handle retail customer issues, questions, and concerns
Must be comfortable reaching out to upper Management throughout the day
Execute inventory counting
Answer Phones
Communicates heavily with the Commercial Sales Manager and the Customization Manager via phone multiple times a day
Assist Sales Associates with custom orders
Assist Commercial Sales with uniform measuring, data entry and pick-ups
Monitor stock and inventory, and perform quality assurance of merchandise on a regular basis
Create inventory pos/check on inventory pos/oversee rush orders for retail customers
Qualifications for Client Manager:
Public Safety Uniform Sales preferred but not required
Minimum high school diploma
Must be VERY organized
Must have great managerial and communication skills
Must be comfortable calling main location multiple times a day for stock/commercial customers
3 years of clothing retail sales required
2 or more years of Store Manager or Assistant Manager experience required
Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
Basic math skills sufficient to complete orders, calculate inventory, and manage cash registers
Able to give clear directions and set expectations for staff
Demonstrated ability to lead by example
Must work on-site
Must be able to sit and stand for multiple hours at a time
Climbing a small ladder, bending, reaching, squatting
Must be able to read and comprehend written/verbal orders
Must be able to communicate efficiently in English
Must be capable of only taking one meal period per day
Must be able to work between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday
Must be able to lift 50 pound boxes
