Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are a Premier Allstate Agency located in Seaford, NY where we specialize in Home, Life, and Auto insurance.

As a Licensed Customer Service Representative , you will primarily be responsible for working with our existing client base : handling day-to-day service-related issues, providing policy reviews and cross-selling additional lines of insurance within the household.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Call existing customers upon renewal to offer a review and identify new selling opportunities.
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance customer service, sales, or other related fields is a plus but not required
• Willing to obtain Property & Casualty License
• Bilingual - Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Willingness to learn and evolve in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
