Physician – Allergy & Asthma Specialist

Location: Fort Collins / Northern Colorado
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours per week | 4-Day Work Week

Colorado Allergy & Asthma Centers, P.C. , the largest private allergy, asthma, and immunology practice in the Rocky Mountain region, is seeking a full-time physician to join our growing team in the Fort Collins / Northern Colorado area .

Our large, multi-site, single-specialty practice serves patients across the Denver–Front Range region and is dedicated to delivering exceptional, personalized care in a collaborative and patient-focused environment.

Our team includes 11 Board-Certified Allergists, 15 Advanced Practice Providers, and 150+ support staff caring for over 56,000 allergy and asthma patients across nine Front Range locations .

Key Responsibilities

The physician will provide specialty care for adult and pediatric patients with conditions including:

• Upper and lower respiratory diseases
• Allergic and immunologic disorders
• Cutaneous and gastrointestinal hypersensitivity conditions
• Environmental, food, and medication allergies
• Asthma and related pulmonary conditions

Diagnostic and treatment procedures include:

• Immediate and delayed hypersensitivity skin testing
• Pulmonary function testing and bronchoprovocation
• Rhino-laryngoscopy
• Radiographic imaging
• Other advanced allergy and asthma diagnostic techniques
