Case Manager
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 35 hrs/week
Wage: $22/hr

Job Summary: This position works directly with customers. Responsibilities include; meeting recruitment and contractual performance goals for various programs. This individual must possess high energy and motivation to assist customers in meeting their employment goals. He/She should be a self-starter who can work independently, be well organized, able to multitask, and prioritize projects. These services include but are not limited to career assessment and guidance services, workshops, assessment of education and training needs, information and referrals, coordination of support services, job search skills assistance, job development, follow-up and retention services.
Preferred Experience: Experience in social services, case management, or other client-facing roles
