· Answer customers' technical questions online via phone, email or online chat tools;
· Provide technical training and after-sales service to customers offline;
· Collect customer feedback and assist the team in improving service quality, etc.
*What We’re Looking For:*
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in *German + Chinese*;
· Passion for the clean energy industry and a strong commitment to sustainability;
· Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
· Prior experience in the above fields is an advantage.
