BCAR Manager

We are seeking an experienced B Car Manager to take full responsibility for the coordination and delivery of B Car works across our residential developments.

This is a senior site-based role requiring strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to drive programme while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will work closely with the Project Manager and site team to ensure seamless execution from first fix through to handover.

• Lead and manage all B Car works across residential units
• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
• Drive programme targets and proactively resolve delays
• Oversee quality control, inspections, and snagging processes
• Ensure strict compliance with health & safety standards
• Liaise with site management, suppliers, and design teams
• Manage handover preparation and ensure high-end finish standards
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation

• Proven experience as a B Car Manager (or Senior B Car Coordinator) within residential construction
• Strong understanding of finishing stages and handover xcfaprz processes
• Excellent subcontractor management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple units simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
