Who We Are

At Reso Health, we’re reimagining the world of nutritional supplements—one smart sip at a

time. Our mission is to create personalised supplement drinks that match your body’s

needs in real time. Think custom health support, powered by science and delivered through

beautifully designed tech. We’re a healthtech startup with big ideas and bold ambition, and

now we’re looking for a talented Hardware Engineer to help bring our smart dispensing

system to life.

Role Overview

As the Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, prototyping, testing, and

manufacturing of our intelligent supplement-dispensing system. You’ll manage the technical

development of both in-house components and those sourced from external partners. This

role is central to ensuring we deliver a reliable, high-quality consumer device that seamlessly

integrates with our software and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end hardware development lifecycle for the dispensing system – from concept and CAD design through to production.

Design and engineer fluid dispensing mechanisms, including pumps, valves, and flow control systems.

Select and qualify components (electromechanical, fluidic, structural) for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Coordinate with industrial designers, electronics engineers, and software teams to ensure seamless integration across systems.

Manage relationships with external suppliers, contract manufacturers, and prototyping partners.

Build and test prototypes for functional performance, user experience, and compliance.

Establish manufacturing processes, quality standards, and assembly procedures.

Documenting your work in a way that even your future self will thank you for.

Requirements & Qualifications

Practical experience in hardware product development, ideally in consumer electronics or fluidics-based systems (e.g., beverage machines, medical devices, or lab instrumentation).

Strong proficiency in 3D CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar).

Experience in rapid prototyping, DFM (Design for Manufacturing), and material selection.

Understanding of fluid dynamics, pumping systems, and microfluidic or dosing systems.

Familiarity with PCB integration, embedded systems, and electromechanical design.

Track record of managing external suppliers and manufacturing partners.

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a bias for action.

Nice to Have

Experience working on beverage dispensing systems, water purification systems, or nutraceutical delivery devices.

Experience with FDA- or CE-regulated hardware environments.

Knowledge of IoT-enabled devices or BLE integration.

Familiarity with UX/UI collaboration in physical products.

What’s in It for You?

A key role in shaping the future of personalised nutrition and wellness.

Competitive salary and share options package.

Opportunity to work on cutting-edge hardware and make a real impact.

Supportive, high-growth startup culture with strong values and purpose. xcfaprz

Access to a network of world-class engineers, scientists, and entrepreneurs.
