Job Description

  • Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of your team.
  • Lead a high‑performing team through an exciting transition to build problem‑solving, critical thinking, analytical and technical capabilities, enabling the department to develop deeper, more scalable solutions.
  • Manage a market team while serving as a cross‑functional and global liaison in developed areas of expertise.
  • Establish team goals and work with direct reports on strategies for executing, measuring progress and sharing results.
  • Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research and strategy development, working directly with global cross‑functional teams to problem‑solve analytical approaches and develop solutions.
  • Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations and influence team strategy through effective communication.
  • Advocate for users within their market, partnering with global and cross‑functional teams to develop global solutions.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process personal data, customer data and business data in accordance with data protection law, internal regulations, security policy and company charter.
  • Protect personal data by ensuring confidentiality and respecting legal duties of confidentiality even after the end of the contractual relationship.
  • Immediately inform the direct manager of potential threats and plausible incidents that could impact normal work and secure data processing.
  • Ensure appropriate processing of information and use of IT resources, applying all relevant rules and procedures.
  • Participate in security training organised by the company, including data protection and processing training.

SKILLS AND PREREQUISITES:

  • Educational background: Bac up to Bac +2.
  • Experience: managerial experience and/or previous experience in customer relations industry desirable, 1‑2 years.
  • Significant experience in a complex fast‑paced environment.

This is a full‑time permanent role. Applicants must hold a valid and sufficiently long permission to work in Ireland to enable them to perform the role on an ongoing basis. If work permission is due to expire shortly, the Company may require evidence of a pending renewal application to progress an offer.
