Responsibilities and Duties

• Assisting customers with day to day questions through our means of communication, being able to entering orders, and able to work in a fast paced environment. Since we manufacture and ship the same day of the receipt of the order, ability to adjust to changing work volumes is a must.
• An energetic individual who can react quickly to customers questions by phone, e-mail or an online chat in order to help the customer by answering their questions and suggest possible solutions.
• This business is technical and can take some time to fully understand so patience and hard work is appreciated. An individual who is not afraid to ask questions if confused about a particular order.
• We are looking for better ways to get the job done, so the ability to think out of the box is warranted and helpful.
• Able to build relationships with your fellow employees within the office. The ability to work with others is a must in this fast paced environment.
